All Genesis Elite All-Star Cheer logos, including the GE logo and individual team logos, may only be used with prior approval from GENESIS ELITE.

Only Genesis Elite approved vendors are permitted to print, embroider, reproduce, or place GENESIS ELITE logos on any merchandise, apparel, accessories, promotional materials, or other products.

Being an approved vendor does not automatically give permission to use a GENESIS ELITE  logo. Each design or product featuring a Genesis Elite logo must be submitted to and approved by Genesis Elite before production begins.

Parents, athletes, coaches, staff, and other individuals may not provide Genesis Elite logos to outside vendors or independently create  or order products  featuring a Genesis Elite logo without approval.

GENESIS ELITE reserves the right to approve or deny any use of its logos and to require unauthorized use to be discontinued.
